I also found it helpful that you wrote down the buildings and landmarks you encountered, it further emphasized your experience and helped me understand your "mental map". The only suggestion I have would be to maybe use a little color on some of the smaller vignettes, some to highlight what made you notice that particular spot in the first place. I think your last image has a great impact, it is drawn well with just enough color to make it pop! I believe that I would recognize your particular building if I passed by it one day because of your picture.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/223891980592308171/5453183542845920318/comments/default/7874924075948673016'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/223891980592308171/5453183542845920318/comments/default/7874924075948673016'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://lnthore.blogspot.com/2008/08/iarc-201.html?showComment=1221017100000#c7874924075948673016' title=''/><author><name>Erin Marshall</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/10843741434848688380</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://lnthore.blogspot.com/2008/08/iarc-201.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-223891980592308171.post-5453183542845920318' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/223891980592308171/posts/default/5453183542845920318' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
